Thank you for your interest in Aeri Aesthetics permanent makeup services! Fill out the form below to reserve an appointment, please attach a photo of your face with NO makeup on in good lighting. Once submission is received & reviewed you will be contacted with a quote and appointment date.

A required $100 non-refundable deposit must be placed to reserve the appointment—This deposit will be deducted from your initial total at the end of the service. If there is a need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done with at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellations/no-shows without 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

All permanent makeup services provided at Aeri Aesthetics require a touch-up appointment within 5-6 weeks post initial procedure.
